Local law enforcement in Indore acted swiftly upon the complaint. Police officials confirmed the arrest of a man responsible for the harassment. According to Rajesh Dandotiya, additional deputy commissioner of police (crime) in Indore, the accused had been tailing the players on his motorcycle, making lewd remarks before moving closer to make inappropriate contact. The individual was identified through CCTV footage and promptly detained.
